Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TechShift, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be 18 or older to use TechShift.

3. Job Seeker Terms

You may not submit false or misleading information in your profile or applications. TechShift does not guarantee employment.

4. Employer Terms

Job listings must be for real, currently open positions. Fraudulent listings will be removed and accounts terminated.

5. Payments

Job posting fees are non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Placement fees are due upon hire.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not spam, harass, or scrape the platform. Automated access without written permission is prohibited.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion.
